Delivery & Exchanges (Exchange Only)

At Butterflies Baby, we aim to get your order to you quickly and make exchanges easy. If you need a different size or colour, we’re here to help you find the right fit.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. When your parcel ships, we’ll email tracking to you.

We also ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and customs. Any customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

We are exchange only. We don’t offer refunds to the original payment method except where required by law.

Timeframe: You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to request an exchange

Email butterfliesbaby1@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the size/colour you want instead. We’ll reply with the return address and simple steps.

Postage: Return postage is paid by the customer in all cases. We do not reimburse postage.

Tip: Please use a tracked service. We are not responsible for parcels until they reach us.

Once your parcel arrives and passes inspection, we’ll ship your replacement. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit (e-gift card).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If anything is wrong with your order, please email butterfliesbaby1@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can help with a replacement or another suitable solution. Return postage remains the customer’s responsibility. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-exchangeable Items

Purchases on layaway or payment plans, special order items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be exchanged. If you’re unsure, contact us before sending anything back.

International Exchanges

International customers cover return postage and any duties/taxes on the replacement shipment. Duties/taxes from the original order aren’t refundable by us.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
