Delivery & Returns

At Butterflies Baby, we aim to get your order to you quickly and keep things simple if you need help afterwards. Our preference is always to arrange an exchange where possible — but eligible orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. When your parcel ships, we’ll email your tracking details.

We also ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and customs. Any duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges (Our Preferred Option)

Timeframe: Please request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Postage: Return postage is paid by the customer for exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once received and checked, we’ll send your replacement (subject to availability). If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer a store credit (e-gift card) or an alternative solution.

How to request an exchange

Email hello@butterfliesbaby.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the size/colour you want instead. We’ll reply with the return address and simple steps.

Returns & Refunds (Eligible Orders)

If you change your mind on an eligible item, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Where applicable, refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

Note: We always aim to help with an exchange first where possible — it’s often the quickest option — but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Junama (Special Order) — No Returns/Exchanges

Junama prams are special order items and are ordered specifically for you. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not available unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sale Items

Sale items are exchange or store credit only (unless faulty or incorrect).

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please email hello@butterfliesbaby.co.uk within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible with a replacement, exchange, or suitable solution. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, any items supplied sealed for health protection or hygiene may be non-returnable once unsealed. If you’re unsure, contact us before sending anything back.

International Returns & Exchanges

International customers cover return postage. Any duties/taxes on replacement shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Duties/taxes from the original order aren’t refundable by us.
