We want you to get the best price on your favourite luxury baby brands. If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere in the UK, we’ll match the price.
What we match
- Identical item: same brand, style, colour, size/age and season, new and in original condition.
- In stock: available for immediate dispatch at the competitor.
- UK authorised retailers: publicly advertised prices (VAT-inclusive).
- Like-for-like total: we match the checkout total, including delivery.
What we can’t match
- Marketplace or private-seller listings (eBay, Amazon, Facebook), outlet/clearance stores, pricing errors or misprints.
- Limited-time flash sales (e.g., Black Friday doorbusters), coupon or loyalty/member pricing, bundles, or finance-only offers.
- Pre-orders or items not available for immediate dispatch.
How to request a price match
- Send us the competitor URL or a screenshot showing the lower price and availability.
- Message us on WhatsApp or use our Contact page.
- Once verified, we’ll adjust your price so you can check out with confidence.
After you’ve ordered
Found a lower price within 7 days of purchasing from us? Share the details and we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
The small print
- One price match per item. Not valid with other discounts or promotions.
- We may decline a request if we can’t verify eligibility or stock status.
- Policy applies to UK purchases and may be updated without prior notice.

Do you include delivery costs when matching?
Yes—we match the total you’d pay at checkout, including shipping.
Can you match prices from Instagram shops or TikTok?
If it’s a UK authorised retailer with a public, verifiable price and the item is in stock, we’ll review it. Marketplace/private listings aren’t eligible.
